We were engaged by a Western Australian government-owned utility to conduct a comprehensive review of physical security arrangements at their head office. Our task was to assess the existing security posture and provide a clear path to a more robust, standards-aligned security framework.
Our Approach
We reviewed the client's physical, electronic and operational security measures as an integrated system rather than in isolation, identifying gaps where those layers didn't work together.

Reconfigured reception arrangements to improve natural surveillance

The client gained a clear, prioritised roadmap for closing security gaps, moving from ad hoc measures to a coordinated, standards-aligned security framework with senior management ownership.
